No, wj2j is strictly for users aged 18 and above. This is one of our strictest policies. A date of birth is required at registration, and during verification you must confirm your age with a National ID (NID) or passport.
  • Registration forms will not be accepted from anyone under 18 years of age.
  • If the age provided does not match KYC verification, the account will be permanently closed.

Setting up two-factor authentication (2FA) on wj2j is straightforward. Once enabled, you'll receive an OTP on your mobile with every login — so even if your password is compromised, your account stays secure.

Steps:
  • Log in to your account and click the profile icon in the top-right corner.
  • Go to "Security Settings".
  • Look for the "Two-Step Verification" or "Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)" option.
  • Click "Enable" — a confirmation OTP will be sent to your registered number.
  • Verify with the OTP — 2FA will be activated immediately.
A 6-digit OTP will be sent to your number on every subsequent login. It remains valid for 3 minutes. To disable 2FA, follow the same steps and select "Disable".

Recovery Steps:
  • On the login page, and click the "Forgot Password?" link.
  • Enter your registered mobile number (without +880).
  • A 6-digit OTP will be sent to that number — it typically arrives within 30 seconds.
  • Enter the OTP and create a new password — at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters and numbers.
  • Log in with your new password.
If your mobile number has changed, a reset link can also be sent to your registered email. If that doesn't work either, email support@wj2j.ws with your NID details — you'll receive a resolution within 24 hours.
